Job summary

Zarephath Community Services in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Hybrid Community-Based Therapist to serve children and families in both telehealth and in-person settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensure as LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW; associates receive supervision toward independent licensure.
• At least 3 years of direct experience working with children; familiarity with CBT/TF-CBT is a major plus.
• Age 21+ years old.
• Valid AZ Driver’s License, Fingerprint Clearance Card, and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of Arizona’s behavioral health system and the "12 Principles".

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy addressing trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and more.
• Collaborate with families and community agencies to ensure a whole-picture approach to healing.
• Create individualized treatment plans guiding long-term growth and outcomes.
• Participate in weekly supervision with the Clinical Director to sharpen skills and advance your career.
