The Florida Department of Revenue’s Office of the General Counsel is seeking senior attorneys for the Child Support Program. The Program helps children get the financial support they need and deserve, promoting more stable childhoods and brighter futures. These senior attorney positions are in Escambia and Palm Beach counties and will represent the Department of Revenue Child Support Program in circuit court and Division of Administrative Hearings proceedings to establish paternity as needed and establish, modify, and enforce child support obligations in Escambia and Palm Beach counties.

Florida Bar license required. Family law experience preferred. Anticipated salary range is based upon experience.
