LHH is partnering with a respected plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Plantation, FL, to find an experienced Personal Injury Attorney for an immediate temp-to-hire role. This is a full-time, exclusive position—no other legal work permitted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload from intake to settlement or trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Communicate with clients, counsel, providers, and adjusters
• Handle negotiations, mediations, depositions, and court appearances
• Supervise paralegals and legal assistants

Requirements:

• JD and active Florida Bar license
• 2+ years' plaintiff-side PI experience
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills
• Highly organized with solid case management tech skills
• No outside legal work allowed
• On-site only (not remote)
