• Ability to analyze, interpret, and evaluate information; and to communicate effectively.
• Typing test of 60 wpm is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations to locate or trace absent parents.
• Review cases to develop implementation strategies and actions.
• Monitor child support payments and refer delinquent cases for enforcement.
• Prepare documents to establish or enforce court orders for child support.
• Explain program policies and procedures to parents in interviews or seminars.
• Attend court with legal staff to update documents and assist in negotiations.
