Job summary

The Columbus Organization in San Francisco, CA is seeking a full-time Psychologist to support children with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to deliver expert psychological services and develop impactful intervention plans.

Role requires a California license and a Doctorate in Psychology; travel between Marin, San Francisco, and San Mateo is expected.

Qualifications

Doctorate in Psychology and active California psychologist license.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Experience conducting psychological evaluations and assessments, including competency evaluations.
Training and/or experience in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) highly desired.
Must have reliable transportation to travel between Marin, San Francisco and San Mateo.
Bilingual candidates are welcome (Spanish & English or Cantonese/Mandarin & English).

Responsibilities

Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
Integrate behavioral and psychological information into multidisciplinary reports and plans.
Provide crisis intervention support with county mental health agencies.
Monitor psychotherapeutic services and ensure quality care.
Consult with case management, clinical teams, and community partners.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to plan and evaluate services.
Train and mentor staff and community service providers.
