Family of Kidz seeks a psychologist to conduct comprehensive evaluations for children in homes and preschools across Westchester County, NY. The role supports families and therapists with diagnostic reports and development plans.

The position may be part-time on a fee-for-service basis or full-time, depending on caseload. Availability during after-school hours is preferred; compensation is per evaluation and includes benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology required.
• Licensed or limited permit in New York State.
• School psychologist certification in NYS preferred.
• Experience evaluating children on the autism spectrum.
• Experience evaluating preschool-age children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations and collect histories for children of various ages.
• Administer standardized assessment tools as listed in the ad.
• Write comprehensive diagnostic and psychological reports.
• Maintain communication with supervisors, families, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Participate in meetings as needed.
