Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Two years of full-time or equivalent part-time work experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Internal Applicants Only: One year of full-time or equivalent part-time experience as a Social Service Case Aide.

Responsibilities

• Review records including medical treatment, educational, and service provider documentation.
• Attend meetings and provide advanced level support to the Child Protective Services team.
• Conduct safety checks and make recommendations to the CPS Worker.
• Perform home visits to monitor child safety and well-being as part of safety planning.
• Conduct walk-through safety assessments of kinship/relative provider homes and initiate home study documentation.
