Job summary

Jewish Family and Childrens Services (JFCS) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide assessment and treatment services for children and adolescents across the San Francisco Bay Area, with primary work in the Peninsula. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy required.
• 2–5 years of pediatric OT experience.
• Expertise in autism, ADHD, sensory integration, and learning disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of child development.
• Experience in parent education and preschool consultation.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial sensory assessments and formulates intervention plans for children in home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborates with mental health, speech and language, and developmental specialists to implement effective treatment plans.
• Maintains an OT caseload with a substantial portion of billable time.
• Counsels with pre/schools and elementary schools as assigned.
• Maintains timely and accurate assessment, intervention, consultation and billing records.
