Position Title

Summary

Serves the students attractive and nutritious meals in an efficient, clean, warm atmosphere.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned.

• Assists in the preparation and serving of food in a quick and pleasant manner.
• Assumes responsibility for making sure that the supply of food is replenished regularly.
• Assists in the daily cleaning of the kitchen and service areas.
• Performs major cleaning of refrigerators and storerooms at regularly scheduled intervals as designated by the lunchroom manager.
• Assumes responsibility for storage and disposal of unused foods.
• Demonstrates willingness to learn various jobs in the lunchroom and attends in‑service programs.

Education and/or Experience
