Qualifications

• Completion of a 600 hour Child Life internship.
• Bachelor's Degree in Child Life, Child Development, Psychology, Education, or a health-related field.
• Certified Child Life Specialist or eligibility for exam, must obtain CCLS within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate psychosocial patient/family needs.
• Provide psychosocial support; plan and coordinate age-appropriate activities.
• Act as an advocate for patients and families; perform related duties.
