Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Child Development required or Master's Degree in Child Development preferred.
• Experience working with children and families in hospital settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess children's response to illness, hospitalization and/or treatment.
• Respond to child life orders in a timely manner.
• Develop goals for a family service plan based on family, parent, and child needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Communicate plan of care with multidisciplinary team members.
