Easterseals PORT Health seeks a Child First Clinician to provide family-centered mental health services for children and families in New Bern, NC. The role uses the CPP model to support caregiver-child relationships and promote emotional, language, and cognitive growth.

Qualifications

• Full or provisional license as an LCSW (A), LPC/LCMHC (A) or LMFT (A) - REQUIRED.
• Experience with psychotherapeutic work with culturally diverse children and families; parent-child therapy and play with very young children (0-5).
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Child First home-based psychotherapeutic intervention with young children and their caregivers.
• Use relational, dyadic psychotherapy (CPP) and other modalities to strengthen caregiver-child relationships.
