Job summary

Individual & Family Connection (IFC) in River Forest, IL seeks a Child and Family Therapist to provide individual and family psychotherapy to pediatric clients and young adults. You will carry a caseload and collaborate with a clinical team to support families through evidence-based approaches.

Licensure in Illinois is required; experience with pediatric anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavior challenges is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Illinois with relevant clinician licenses.
• Experience with pediatric clients and families preferred.
• Trauma-informed, anti-racist clinical framework emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and family psychotherapy to pediatric clients and young adults.
• Conduct thorough, empathic client assessments and develop treatment goals.
• Collaborate with schools, psychiatrists, and outside providers.
• Provide parent coaching and behavior support; attend IEP meetings as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and supervision.
