Job summary

UCFS Healthcare Norwich, CT, seeks a Child First Clinician I to deliver intensive, home-based intervention for young children and their caregivers.

The role involves 75% travel with 25% remote time, full-time schedule (40 hours/week), and occasional weekend coverage; requires a Master's degree and CT licensure eligibility. A $6,000 sign-on bonus is offered and professional development is supported.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required (M.A., M.F.T., M.S.W.).
• One year of clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, diagnose, and treat mental, emotional, developmental and behavioral difficulties in young children and families.
• Formulate treatment plans and reviews based on assessments.
• Engage in Child First learning collaborative, training, and conferences.
• Collaborate with providers to support treatment and community presence.
• Respond to client crises during work hours and on-call to stabilize families.
• Maintain up-to-date case records and timely data entry per funder requirements.
