Placements24 is seeking a dynamic and organized Child Enrichment Program Coordinator to manage and develop engaging extracurricular activities for children in Randburg. This hybrid role involves on-site coordination and remote planning.

You will design, implement, and oversee programs that foster creativity, learning, and physical activity beyond regular school hours. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field, at least four years of experience in program

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in program coordination or management, preferably in a childcare or youth setting.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing engaging activities for children.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid model.

Responsabilidades
