Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a dedicated Child Development Aide in Paducah, KY to support the lead teacher with developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily activities.

You will help in mealtimes, maintain a clean, safe environment, assist in curriculum planning, and help children build concepts and thinking skills. The role is full-time first shift, 8:30am-5pm, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fifteen hours annual training after hire as per Cabinet for Human Resources standard for childcare centers.
