Baptist Health is hiring a Child Development Aide in Paducah, KY for the first shift (8:30am-5pm). You will support the lead teacher in delivering a developmentally appropriate curriculum, assist with meals, and help maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fifteen (15) hours annual training approved for Childcare Centers post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in delivering a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Assist during mealtimes, make meals a pleasant learning experience, and model healthy practices.
• Sanitize indoor and outdoor areas to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Support planning, preparation, and implementation of the curriculum.
• Provide opportunities to help children develop concepts and understanding.
