Job summary

Sunny Days in Lawton, OK is seeking Registered Behavior Therapists (RBT) to provide ABA services in our Outpatient Pediatric center. No experience necessary; we will train you! The position offers up to 29 hours per week with a flexible schedule that includes day, afternoon, evening, and weekend availability.

Key responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, collecting data, and guiding parents. Qualifications include a high school diploma and interest in children and special needs education.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs if necessary.
• Ability to function independently and multitask.
• Active RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans.
• Converse with parents regarding session/behaviors.
• Develop session materials.

Skills

Interest in children and education

Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Basic computer literacy (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, ACCESS)
