Porter-Starke Services, Inc. seeks a compassionate Child Case Manager to support children and adolescents facing mental health or substance use challenges. You will deliver case management, coordinate services, monitor progress, and advocate for clients within the community.

The role requires collaboration with internal and external providers, crisis intervention when needed, and documentation of services. A bachelor's degree in a related field and a valid driver's license are required; crisis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related human services field.
• Valid Driver's License and automobile insurance.
• Related experience equal to or less than 6 months.
• Crisis intervention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate case management services and manage caseload.
• Monitor client services and provide documentation.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and crisis interventions.
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers.
• Connect clients to available community resources and act as an advocate.
• Attend staffing, clinical supervision, in-services, and staff meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
