Child Care Teacher

Full-time positions are available with Two's/Young Preschoolers at:

  • Bright Horizons at East 64th
  • Bright Horizons at Chelsea
  • Bright Horizons at Hudson Yards
Responsibilities:
  • Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of children
  • Maintain open communication with parents about their child's milestones
  • Ensure a safe and clean classroom following essential procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Must pass required background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • Early Childhood Education Bachelor's or Master's Degree OR Elementary Education Bachelor's or Master's Degree OR 90+ college credits in ECE with one year classroom experience (study plan eligible)

Physical Requirements:

This role requires compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations, including immunizations, physicals, and training. You will work in person at our child care centers, providing supervision, care, and curriculum delivery in accordance with policies and laws. Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly rate ranges from $23.00 to $28.10. Actual offers depend on experience, education, location, and other factors. A hiring incentive of $3,000 is available after 100 days of employment.
