Job description

Child Care Teacher

Full-time positions are available with young preschoolers!

Responsibilities:
  • Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
  • Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
  • Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
  • Early Childhood Education Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • Elementary Education Bachelor's or Master's Degree OR 90+ college credits in ECE and one year classroom experience teaching children

Candidates must pass required background checks and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires compliance with all applicable health and safety requirements. You will work in person at an early education/preschool child care center, providing supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services per Bright Horizons’ policies and legal regulations, ensuring children's safety.

Compensation:

The hourly rate is between $23.00 and $28.10, based on experience, education, certifications, location, and organizational factors.
