Responsibilities:
  • Create hands-on activities to meet children’s needs and interests
  • Maintain open communication with parents about their child's milestones
  • Ensure a safe and clean classroom following procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Must pass required background checks and meet education and experience requirements
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • Preferred: 1 year of teaching experience in child care, daycare, or preschool; CDA, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree in early education or related field; knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)

Physical Requirements:

This role requires compliance with all health and safety regulations, including immunizations and physical screenings. The employee will work in person at an early education/preschool center, ensuring children’s safety and well-being. Full details are available at this link. Compensation:

The hourly rate ranges from $14.45 to $19.55, depending on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.
