Full-time and part-time positions are available with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
  2. Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
  3. Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

  • 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
  • 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
  • CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required

Physical Requirements:

This position requires compliance with all applicable health and safety requirements, including immunizations and physical/screening tests. You will work in person in an early education/preschool child care center, providing supervision, care, and curriculum delivery in accordance with Bright Horizons' policies and legal requirements, ensuring children's safety.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $17.25 and $21.05. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors. The position is also eligible for a hiring incentive.
