Are you a passionate, certified Montessori Guide for the 0-3-year-old age group? Join us on our mission to increase accessibility to authentic Montessori education for children worldwide!

We are hiring a Lead Teacher for our Infant / Young Toddler classroom as we establish a new Montessori school in the Downers Grove area.

Your Role :

As a Lead Guide, you will create and lead a model classroom as part of our founding team. You will showcase what is possible when high-quality Montessori education is delivered in a prepared environment. You will receive high-quality materials from leading manufacturers and a classroom budget to personalize your space.

If you're newly trained, our team of Montessori Mentors will support your professional development, provide feedback, and help you grow your skills.
