Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities tailored to children’s needs and interests
• Maintain open communication with parents about their child's milestones
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom following essential procedures and guidelines

Qualifications

Candidates must pass required background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

• At least 19 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• 60 college semester hours related to child care/child development or equivalent experience
• Completion of approved credential programs (CDA)

Physical and Legal Requirements

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate ranges from $19.75 to $24.10, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
