Location: Gulf Coast Medical Center - 13681 Doctor's Way, Fort Myers, FL 33912

Department: GCMC Day Care Center

Work Type: PRN

Shift: Shift 1 / 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $21.67 per hour

Summary

Provides care for children in assigned groups, focusing on individual needs within the developmental framework of social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. Adheres to developmentally appropriate practices.

Requirements

• Education: Associates in Child Development, CDA Certification, or Early Childhood Development credit hours through higher education.
• Experience: Minimum of one year experience in a childcare setting.
• Certification: BLS (American Heart Association/Basic Life Support) required.
• License: N/A
• Other: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work and plan collaboratively with caregivers in a team setting. Must be at least 21 years old (per licensing requirements).
