Full-time positions are available with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Day shift M-F 9-6.

Qualifications

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• 1 year of professional experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings (preferred)
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children (required)

Physical Requirements

This position requires compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, Bright Horizons', and client site requirements regarding immunizations, employment physicals, and health and safety training. If hired, you will work in person at an early education/preschool child care center, providing supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services per Bright Horizons' policies and legal requirements, ensuring children's safety and well-being.

Salary/Hourly Rate and Compensation Disclosures:

The hourly rate ranges from $15.75 to $21.00, depending on qualifications and shift. Actual offers will vary based on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.
