Job description

Full-time positions are available with toddlers. Monday-Friday. Will work (4) 10's. Must be able to work until 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
  2. Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
  3. Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

  • 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required
  • 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
  • Must have CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required

Physical Requirements:

This position requires compliance with all applicable health and safety requirements, including immunizations and employment physicals. You will work in person at an early education/preschool child care center to provide supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services per Bright Horizons’ policies and legal requirements, ensuring children’s safety.

Compensation:

The hourly rate is between $18.25-$22.30, depending on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.
