Job summary

Ebenezer's Riley Crossing in Chanhassen, MN seeks a Part-Time Child Care Aide to assist in supervision and care of children within a unique on-site intergenerational program.

The schedule is 25 hours every two weeks (Mon–Fri, 3:00pm–5:30pm). Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, PTO, retirement and tuition reimbursement; pay is determined within the posted range.

Job Overview

Riley Crossing is one of our newest senior living/child care communities located in Chanhassen, MN, near Hwy 101 and County Road 212. It hosts 134 units of Independent/Assisted Living, Enhanced, and Memory Care in total. This location offers a on-site intergenerational childcare center which includes interactive programming with our senior residents. Chanhassen was named one of the best small towns in the U.S. by Money Magazine, and Riley Crossing has won local awards for the best retirement community.

The Child Care Aide assists in the supervision and care of children. Teacher's Aide provides childcare program activities in order to ensure the highest quality childcare available.

This schedule includes:

• 25 hours per two weeks ; Part Time
• Monday- Friday ; 3:00pm - 5:30pm

Responsibilities

• Implementing developmentally age appropriate curriculum
• Maintaining a child friendly and orderly classroom
• Implementing effective guidance and support strategies
• Coordinate and contribute to the teaching team
• Supervises health, safety, and overall, wellbeing of children at all times
• Participates in program areas such as intergeneration activities
