Full-time positions are available for Infants and Toddlers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create hands-on activities tailored to children’s needs and interests
  2. Maintain open communication with parents about their child's milestones
  3. Ensure a safe, clean classroom by following safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements:

  • 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
  • MA DEEC teacher certification (Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care)
  • Preferred: 1 year of professional experience in child care, daycare, or preschool
  • Preferred: CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field
  • Required: Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)

Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including a booster and flu shot, to comply with health and safety protocols. All employees must adhere to applicable health and safety requirements and work in person at our early education center, ensuring children’s safety and well-being.

Compensation:

The hourly rate ranges from $22.75 – $27.80. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.

This position is eligible for a hiring incentive of $2,000, payable after 100 days of full-time employment.
