Qualifications

Job Title: Experienced Child Care Teacher

Our well-established Child Care center is seeking an experienced and passionate Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in early childhood education and have a genuine love for working with young children. Our Teachers will be responsible for providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our students, implementing age-appropriate curriculum, and maintaining open communication with parents.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote children's social-emotional, physical, and cognitive development.


• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy learning environment for children, including cleaning and disinfecting toys, surfaces, and facilities.


• Supervise children during activities, indoors and outdoors, ensuring their safety and well-being.


• Maintain open communication with parents, including daily updates and progress reports.


• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to improve teaching skills and stay current on best practices.

Qualifications for Lead Teacher at Explorations Community Preschool

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education as a Lead Teacher.


• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


• Ability to obtain or maintain CPR/First Aid certification and complete a background check.
