Position Overview

We are seeking Experienced Childcare Teachers who are enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about working with children. The ideal candidates will create a positive learning environment while maintaining a safe and clean space. You will play a vital role in nurturing young minds and helping children develop essential social, emotional, and cognitive skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Curriculum Create age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that encourage creativity and learning. Foster a hands‑on learning environment that promotes exploration and critical thinking.
  • Classroom Management Supervise and engage with children to ensure a safe and positive learning atmosphere. Encourage positive behavior and guide children in developing social skills.
  • Communication and Collaboration Build positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s progress and daily activities. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain a supportive team environment.
  • Safety and Cleanliness Follow all safety guidelines and ensure a clean, healthy environment. Monitor children’s well‑being and respond appropriately to any concerns.
Qualifications and Experience Required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; Child Development credentials required.
