Learning Care Group in Texas is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure curricula meet licensing guidelines. You’ll foster growth in preschool children and build strong relationships with families.

This role emphasizes collaboration, safety, and using best practices to support school success. We welcome energetic, dependable individuals who are at least 18 and can work indoors or outdoors with children.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities
