Qualifications:

• Must pass required background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements:
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience with children OR 15 college credits in relevant fields plus 1 year of experience.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires compliance with health and safety regulations, including immunizations, physicals, and training. Compensation & Benefits:

The starting hourly rate is between $13.85 and $17.25, depending on experience and other factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), life and disability insurance, and opportunities for career development and free college degrees through our CDA & Degree Program.
