Chandler Unified School District seeks a part-time Child Care Student Worker for Kids Express Elementary Age. You will support teachers, supervise activities, and help with curriculum delivery while gaining hands-on experience with young learners in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in CUSD as a high school student.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• AZ IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card if over 18.
• CPR and First Aid.
• AZ CBC background check.
• Desire to increase knowledge of Elementary Education.
• Must meet basic requirements of local childcare regulatory agency.
• Knowledge of social, emotional and creative needs of young children.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Verbal and written communication skills relevant to job function.
• Ability to obtain transportation to and from worksite without district involvement.

Job Goal:

Interact with children, supervise activities, assist lead teachers with implementing curriculum, mealtimes, classroom cleanliness/organization, sanitization, guiding children in creative play, parent interactions, etc. for youth elementary age

Minimum Qualifications:
