Job summary

Tiny Town Childcare & Learning Center - Kent and Painesville is seeking a dedicated childcare staff member to join our team. The position focuses on providing a safe, nurturing environment for children and supporting their growth through engaging activities.

The shift is Monday to Friday from 1:00pm to 6:00pm. Qualified applicants bring childcare experience, strong communication with parents, and a passion for team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in childcare, daycare, babysitting, or related field.
• Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, preschool curriculum, and caregiving practices.
• Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment.
• Ability to adapt to different age groups and individual needs of children.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with parents and colleagues.
