Qualifications
- 2+ years verified child care experience (2500 hours).
- Achievement of a degree from an accredited college or university in an education or human services related field.
- Ability to pass all relevant clearances and keep up to date on trainings.
Responsibilities
- Finding new and engaging ways to help kids learn.
- Implement and plan curriculum ensuring child-centered experiences.
- Conduct and record weekly child observations and behavior concerns.
- Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress.
- Accurately maintain daily attendance records and compliance paperwork.
- Ensure centers are maintained with quality learning materials.
- Attend team-planning meetings monthly.
- Support Annual Campaign and develop donors.
- Supervise all staff on site.
