Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Receptionist to warmly welcome families and visitors, answer inquiries, and direct questions with professionalism in a Bentonville, AR child care setting.

You will work weekdays from 9 AM to 6 PM, supporting center operations and ensuring a safe, organized environment for children, families, and staff. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and completion of background checks and site safety requirements.

Join our Bright Horizons family as a Receptionist, where your strong communication skills and welcome presence will have a meaningful impact on the lives of children, families, and staff. As the first point of contact for our center or school, you will play a critical role in creating a positive, professional, and safe environment for everyone who enters our doors.

Schedule available: 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

• Welcome families and visitors while managing incoming phone calls and inquiries in a courteous, professional manner
• Track student attendance and ensure all files are current, confidential, and secure
• Provide support where needed throughout the center

Qualifications

• Candidates must pass required state and company background checks and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required
• Associate degree is preferred
• Must meet all applicable federal and state requirements, which may include TB testing, physical exam, and OSHA training

Physical Requirements

• This position requires the employee to comply with all applicable federal, state, local, Bright Horizons’, and client site requirements concerning immunizations, employment physical/screening, and health and safety training.
• If hired, you will work in person in an early education/preschool child care center to provide supervision, care, curriculum delivery and services per Bright Horizons’ policies, procedures and guidance, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations, and in a manner that will ensure the safety of children in Bright Horizons care and the employee.
• May lift, move, or hold children with a range of weight from 10 to 40 pounds; occasionally lift, move, or hold weight more than 40 pounds
• Supervise and interact daily with children outdoors for extended periods in varied weather conditions
• Demonstrate full range of motion to lift, reach, squat, climb, sit, and otherwise fully participate in activities
• Respond immediately and appropriately to multiple or unexpected situations or emergencies
• Maintain mental and physical alertness and an appropriate level of energy to perform essential job requirements

• This position requires in-person work in the Bentonville, AR area.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is between $12.87 – 17.37 per hour. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
