Job summary

Bright Horizons is hiring teachers to nurture and educate infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in Bentonville, AR. Full-time positions with shifts on weekdays provide opportunities for professional growth and pursuing a CDA or college degree at no cost.

You will create engaging activities, maintain parent communication, and support across centers as needed. Qualifications include at least a high school diploma or GED, with preferred early childhood coursework or degrees and 1 year of teaching

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• College-level coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required.

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
• Provide support in any classroom or age group where teaching coverage is needed across a center or in nearby locations.

Full-time positions are available with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Shifts available: (Monday through Friday)

8:30 AM-5:30 PM

8:45 AM-5:45 PM

9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Shifts are subject to change based on center needs, Schedule flexibility preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $14.45 – 19.55 per hour . The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

This position is also eligible for a hiring incentive.

Compensation: $14.45 - $19.55 / hr
