Are you passionate about providing quality care and education for children? Kid Kare, part of Logan Health, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team and make a difference in the lives of children ages 6 weeks to 6 years.

Kid Kare is a licensed child care facility located in Kalispell, Montana, dedicated to serving Logan Health employees. Our Infant Center and Main Center are licensed to care for up to 200 children. As part of the STARS to Quality program, we proudly maintain a Level 3 STAR rating, reflecting our commitment to excellence in early childhood education.

Position Highlights:

  • Title: Child Care Provider

  • Location: 66 Claremont St., Kalispell, MT 59901

  • Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 18 years of age.

  • Associate degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education (preferred).

  • One year of experience in early childhood education (preferred).

  • CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

  • Enthusiastic, nurturing, and culturally sensitive approach to child care.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Commitment to teamwork and professional growth.

Schedule Details:

Please know schedules and shifts are subject to change based on patient care and department/organizational needs.

Kid Kare Hours / Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.

A flexible work schedule is required including holidays, overtime, weekend assignments, with the potential for assignments to alternative shifts.
