Our Mission: Quality, compassionate care for all.

Our Vision: Reimagine health care through connection, service and innovation.

Our Core Values: Be Kind | Trust and Be Trusted | Work Together | Strive for Excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

We are searching for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and genuinely cares about fostering the development of young minds. The ideal candidate will be patient, compassionate, creative, flexible, and always ready to bring a positive attitude to their work. A strong sense of cultural awareness and emotional intelligence is also key to providing a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Develop Lifelong Healthy Habits: Help children develop essential skills related to nutrition, exercise, and health/safety that will set them up for a lifetime of healthy choices.

  • Collaborate with a Great Team: You’ll work closely with other educators and staff to plan activities, implement learning experiences, and provide an environment where everyone can succeed. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor new staff and contribute ideas to improve our overall workflow.

  • Administrative Support: You’ll assist with necessary paperwork and documentation, ensuring that everything is completed accurately and on time.

  • Respect & Diversity: Embrace the unique backgrounds, abilities, and cultures of each child and family you work with and always strive to provide an inclusive and respectful environment.

Why you’ll love working here:

  • Team Environment: Work with a fun, supportive team that shares your passion for helping children grow and thrive.
