Qualifications

• Experience managing group child care and guest services.
• Leadership in day or overnight camp settings.
• Minimum 1,820 hours of overnight camp leadership.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

A successful employee will be able to communicate effectively with children, parents, and employees to guide staff and support relationships with families.This is a seasonal position from 11/1/26 to 4/15/26. Physical activities include: * Frequent lifting/carrying children and belongings* Occasional pushing/pulling objects up to 25 pounds* Frequently stooping, kneeling, reaching, crouching, and crawling* Holiday, evening and early morning work hours are required to meet the needs of this position.
