Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Twinsburg is hiring full-time early childhood educators to supervise and guide children from 6 weeks to 12 years in a single classroom.

You will develop developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with NAEYC standards, curate engaging activities, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment. Collaboration with families to support each child is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or CDA or Level 3 or Bachelor’s in any field.
• 1 year of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential OR Career Pathway Level 3 required OR Bachelor's Degree in any field
• 1 year of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized
• Ability to work within regular operating hours
