Job summary

BrightPath Kids Porter is hiring a full-time early childhood educator to support a classroom of children from 6 weeks to 12 years, ensuring safety and supportive learning experiences.

You will develop developmentally appropriate activities following NAEYC standards, collaborate with families, and communicate regularly with guardians to promote their child's growth and well-being. Competitive pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or Bachelor’s in ECE/related field, or CDA credential.
• 1 year of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Center: Porter | Pay Range: $16.00-$20.00/hour | Job Type: Full-Time
