Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a full-time caregiver to supervise children ages 6 weeks through 12 years in one classroom, create developmentally appropriate curricula, and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth.

This position offers $16-20/hour, with no evenings or weekends, plus a childcare discount and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or CDA credential required.
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.

• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.
