BrightPath Kids in South Windsor, CT, is hiring for a Full-Time early childhood educator. The role includes supervising children from 6 weeks to 12 years in one classroom, delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum, and partnering with families to support each child’s learning journey.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required or CDA credential or Head Teacher certification.
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours and meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children 6 weeks to 12 years in one classroom.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum per NAEYC standards.
• Curate programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles.
• Maintain a warm, clean, safe environment for growth and exploration.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential OR Head Teacher certification OR 12 credits in Early Childhood Education courses OR Bachelor's Degree required
