Job summary

Learning Care Group seeks a Director to lead a school and advance excellence in early childhood education, guiding a team of teachers and staff to support the growth and development of children and families.

You will manage staffing, ensure licensing compliance, implement curriculum, and partner with families to communicate progress while focusing on safe, nurturing learning environments and operational profitability.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• High School diploma or equivalent
• CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply
• Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements
• 1-2 years management experience of at least six non-exempt associates; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred
