Learning Care Group in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Director to lead school operations, support the education team, and partner with families to ensure a safe, engaging learning environment.

This role supervises staff, aligns with state licensing standards, implements the company curriculum, and drives quality while communicating progress to parents and leadership. You will recruit and retain quality staff and help achieve profitability while upholding the organization's values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree required in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply.
• Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements.
• Must have 2 years of Center Director experience in a licensed child care facility.

• Be responsible for ensuring an educational, caring and safe environment for the children and parents.
