Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Canton, MA is seeking a Certified Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This full-time role offers hourly wages of $21.00–$30.00 with no evenings or weekends, and a chance to work in a nurturing home-away-from-home setting aligned with NAEYC guidelines.

You will collaborate with families and staff to create engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and deliver high-quality care across classrooms.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field OR CDA credential OR EEC State MA Teacher certification required.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized and professional.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing programs and activities in multiple classrooms.
• Mentoring Teachers and Assistant Teachers within our centers.
• Creating developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards.
• Curating programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles.
• Partnering with families to create plans to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities

As a Certified Preschool Teacher, you will work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care, according to NAEYC guidelines. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing programs and activities in multiple classrooms.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential OR EEC State of MA Teacher certification required
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized
• Ability to work within regular operating hours
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment
