BrightPath Kids in Maynard, MA is seeking a Certified Toddler Teacher to work alongside teachers and families, providing a safe, home-like environment for children according to NAEYC guidelines.

You will oversee classrooms, mentor teachers, create developmentally appropriate curriculum, plan activities based on children's interests, partner with families, and communicate with guardians about each child’s progress.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• CDA credential accepted.
• MA Teacher certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing programs and activities in multiple classrooms.
• Mentoring Teachers and Assistant Teachers within our centers.

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities

As a Certified Toddler Teacher, you will work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care, according to NAEYC guidelines. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing programs and activities in multiple classrooms.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential OR EEC State of MA Teacher certification required
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized
• Ability to work within regular operating hours
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment
